Coronavirus Update

4th April 2020

Last week we confirmed that we would be closing our office, laboratory & production facilities. The reason for this was to ensure the health and safety of our staff, their families and our customers was not compromised.

During our closure we have had a chance to comprise a continuity plan to allow us to remain open and supply a limited range of materials to our customers.

With this in mind, we will be open again from 8am on Monday 6th April, with limited staff to process orders, enquiries and samples.

Some orders will require payment in advance via bank transfer and delivery times may be extended as our couriers are also running with reduced numbers.

Due to operating with a much reduced staff we request that if you cannot contact us by phone, you contact us via the contact and request forms on our website (www.ronacrete.co.uk) or using any of the email addresses below:

Accounts – accounts@ronacrete.co.uk

General – info@ronacrete.co.uk

Sales – sales@ronacrete.co.uk

Technical – technical@ronacrete.co.uk

We will also be able to process enquiries received through our website including sample requests.

Please note that when e-mailing us you may receive an e-mail response stating we are closed. Please ignore this.

We appreciate your continued business and patience during this time.
